We are looking for an full-time SMM manager!

About project: Leading US and UAE based AML/KYT service

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content plans;
• Monitor legislative changes and major cases related to regulations (including thefts, hacks, and money laundering);
• Post regularly (3 posts per day / telegram + X);
• Engage with the audience (answer questions, organize AMA sessions, and actively participate in discussions);
• Analyze content performance and prepare reports;
• Generate ideas for engaging content;
• Contribute to the development and promotion of special projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of web3 and cryptocurrency fundamentals;
• 1+ year of experience in managing Telegram communities;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian;
• Basic experience with text and graphic AI tools;
• Analytical skills and the ability to adapt content to the target audience.
