Hello! The iGaming brand is looking for an Affiliate Manager with an existing partner base in MENA region!
Tasks:
- Build and manage affiliate partnerships across the MENA region.
- Attract new traffic sources and onboard strong-performing affiliates.
- Negotiate and structure deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
- Monitor traffic quality, compliance, and player conversions.
- Analyze results (FTD, LTV, ROI) and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive regional growth.
- Keep track of trends, competitors, and local market insights across MENA.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
- Strong understanding of MENA affiliate ecosystems.
- Existing affiliate base or strong networking skills in the region.
- Knowledge of traffic metrics (FTD, LTV, ROI, GGR, NGR).
- Experience with CPA / CPL / RevShare deals.
- Confident communication and negotiation skills.
- English proficiency (French — strong plus).
Would be a Plus:
- Connections with local affiliate networks, arbitrage teams, and digital agencies in MENA.
- Understanding of cultural specifics, regulations, and player behavior across MENA countries.
