The organization connects merchants, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquiring banks, and financial institutions. Role Description:
In this role, you will act as the link between merchants, PSPs, and acquiring partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing cooperation. You will be responsible for managing partner relationships, coordinating merchant submissions, and supporting the growth of the merchant portfolio by aligning opportunities with partner capabilities and risk appetite. The position combines relationship management, operational coordination, and commercial awareness within the acquiring space.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and develop relationships with PSPs and acquiring partners
- Act as a key point of contact for partners and assigned merchants
- Support merchant onboarding from sourcing through submission
- Prepare and review merchant application packages (KYC/KYB, business model, risk profile)
- Coordinate with internal teams (risk, underwriting) and external partners
- Monitor onboarding progress and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Identify growth opportunities across partner portfolios
- Support commercial discussions and partnership initiatives
- Maintain accurate data and contribute to reporting and performance tracking
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years in Account Management, Partnerships, or Business Development
- Experience in Fintech, Payments, PSP, or acquiring
- Understanding of merchant onboarding and payment flows
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Advanced English (daily communication with international partners)
